Operational Leadership

Our programmes in this category are designed to help first line managers lead, manage and motivate people. It is an action-based, development programme with measurable outcomes, culminating in the delivery of a work-based project.

It is a fast paced, stimulating, down-to-earth programme for managers who are eager to get more from their people and shop floor processes and improve their own management and manufacturing skills. Participants will boost their confidence and ability to lead people, while finding out how to put new process improvement techniques into action.

Team Leaders

Our programmes in this category are designed to improve leadership skills for soon-to-be or new team leaders, supervisors or managers, or for team leaders, supervisors and managers who have not previously had formal leadership or management training.

These programmes provide an introduction to the key concepts of communication, coaching and mentoring, teams (including self directed teams), teamwork, team building, leadership style, individual and team motivation, performance, and delegation. It covers both the essential theory and practical skills for successful leadership of teams. Participants are prepared for management and supervisory roles.

We design tailored team building events, outdoor adventure activities, teambuilding exercises and outdoor activity events for corporate groups, public sector, educational and other organizations.

We design team building exercises and team building outdoor events lasting from a few hours up to a few days for up to 20 participants at a time.
