Registration and cancellation should be done in writing.

In case of cancellation after the registration is confirmed, a substitute delegate will be welcome. If this is not suitable, then an administration fee of $500 is payable.

Only those delegates whose fees have been paid in full will be admitted to the event.

In case of no show to the programme, the full programme fees is payable by the company.

COACH reserves the right to cancel the registration of a delegate in case fees are not paid 14 days prior to the commencement of the progamme.

In the event of unforeseen circumstances, COACH reserves the right to change the programme, venue and/or speakers.
