Organizational Development

Coach will implement a full-scale organisational diagnosis and contract an organisational plan related to team development, executive coaching and management development.

We will help leaders effectively take advantage of changes in business environments. In particular we will develop with you ways in order to harness the power of change to ensure that your business continues to grow, how to manage change in the marketplace and how to manage changes and expectations in the workforce through a range of interventions that include:

360° feedback design and development

This includes competency analysis, design and piloting of performance measurement instruments, design of support materials e.g. self development guides, expert facilitation and coaching, facilitator training and project evaluation.

Job Analysis

We analyse individual jobs for competencies including the skills, knowledge and behaviours required to effectively perform the position. From this base, behaviourally orientated skills and competency surveys can then be developed to rate the use of specific behaviours and skills on the job.

Training Needs Analysis (Learning Needs Analysis)

Are you getting value from your training dollar? A good Training Needs Analysis (TNA) ensures your training expenditure addresses the current and future needs of your staff. A good TNA also provides a link between the skill set of your staff and the future strategies of the organisation.  At Coach we assist you in maximising the effectiveness of your commitment to staff training and development.

Assessment Centres (Coming Soon)

Assessment Centres provide the most thorough mechanism available to assess which individuals within a group are most suited to a promotional position or vacancy within your business.

COACH’s assessment centres utilise a range of tools, including profiling, psychometrics, group work and practical exercises to identify how closely an individual is matched with the required competencies of the role on offer.

The outcomes of the assessment process can then be used to develop the platform of a personal development plan for the successful candidate and to give high quality feedback to unsuccessful candidates.

Organisational Climate/Attitude Surveys

What is the current mood of your organisation? What issues need addressing? How aligned are your company's management practices to the company vision/goals? How committed are people to your current plans? These are just some of the questions that can be answered with well structured climate and attitude surveys and with full support and follow-up services.

Coaching & Mentoring

Coaching is now recognised as a critical tool in enhancing performance, learning or facilitating any change initiative. This skill is now seen by successful organisations as a necessary skill for managers to be truly effective. COACH can either train managers as a group to be coaches or conduct one-on-one coaching for individual managers. The business benefits of a "coaching culture" include attraction and retention of talent, reduction of performance-potential gap, and the encouragement of employees to think and work better together.

This holistic approach takes into consideration an organistion's strategic objectives and then examines the barriers that exist to achieving them.

Once the two aspects have been fully explored, business performance can be enhanced by the development of people, systems and culture whilst at the same time there is focus on the removal of barriers to development.

Primarily, this process is consultancy driven with a number of supporting tools and practices in place. The two critical success factors are the engagement of the client - which has to be unequivocal - and the external team driving the process.

Our Approach

Initial Meeting - The main aim of this meeting is to gather as much information as possible regarding the type and style of training or service required, objectives and timing, together with information on the business, its culture and people. Our Client Directors will be happy to attend further meetings to ensure the brief is fully satisfied.

The Proposal - This is submitted for client approval, following which, information or lesson plans, course notes and support material are constructed in line with the training, business solution or event strategy and objectives.

On Site Research - Generally, a COACH consultant will visit the client company prior to training or an event taking place. Our objective would be to research quality information from potential delegates, which would ensure the content is relevant and a more meaningful experience is created.

Training - Often, company training / board / meeting rooms provide the venue or COACH will be source a specific venue in the shape of a hotel or conference / training centre for you.

Measurement and Follow up - We strongly recommend that development programmes incorporate a means of following up key objectives to measure implementation and impact in the work place. We can advise on the most effective methods of maximizing the learning process.
