Basic Health and Safety Training -  Level I

 

Objectives

 

This course is designed to clarify obvious way of safe operations performance by preventing work incidents and accidents. How the failure in some safe operations can be literary fatal will be demonstrated. The importance of learning from all safety rules and procedures and have plans in place which helps them minimize incidents and accidents and their effect will be discussed. OSHA principles, concepts and systems by which organizations provide safe and healthful workplaces and taking care of their physical facilities will be thoroughly explained. Understanding the big picture is critical to successfully managing a company’s safety and health management system.  The primary emphasis of the workshop is to introduce you to the seven elements within the Oregon OSHA’s model for managing safety and health in the workplace.   We’ll take a look at the design factors of each element and the processes that help to ensure effective performance of the safety and health management system.  OSHA concepts, examples and case studies shall be given from a wide variety of engineering and management discipline.

 

Intermediate Health and Safety Training - Level II

 

Objectives

This course is designed to clarify obvious way of safe operations performance by preventing work incidents and accidents. How the failure in some safe operations can be literary fatal will be demonstrated. The importance of learning from all safety rules and procedures and have plans in place which helps them minimize incidents and accidents and their effect will be discussed. OSHA principles, concepts and systems by which organizations provide safe and healthful workplaces and taking care of their physical facilities will be thoroughly explained. How to Gain a better understanding of safety and health programs as systems, Learn about a systematic approach to evaluating and improving your company’s safety and health program and Better understand OSHA’s Safety and Health Achievement Program (SHARP) and the Voluntary Protection Program (VPP-STAR) will be covered. OSHA concepts, examples and case studies shall be given from a wide variety of engineering and management discipline.

 

 

 

Advanced Health and Safety Training - Level III

 

Objectives

 

This course is designed to clarify obvious way of safe operations performance by preventing work incidents and accidents. How the failure in some safe operations can be literary fatal will be demonstrated. The importance of learning from all safety rules and procedures and have plans in place which helps them minimize incidents and accidents and their effect will be discussed. The course aims to view the role of safety supervisor on effective OSHA implementation. OSHA concepts, examples and case studies shall be given from a wide variety of engineering and management discipline.
