Objectives
This course will provide an in-depth analysis of private equity (including venture capital) and real estate investments. Valuation models such as discounted cash flow models, P/E multiples, and alternative-pricing models will be covered. The due diligence process will also be discussed. Global and local market features will be incorporated to provide a better understanding of these assets for investment.
