Objectives:

• Provide Managers, Supervisors, and quality professionals with training about the concepts and applications of Quality Management.
• To create the awareness on the importance of integration between operations and quality in order to achieve compliance with regulatory requirements and high quality standards, while maintaining consistency in delivery of quality products and services. 

Target Group:

This course is designed for all persons engaged in the production and operation process aiming delivery of quality product and or services who:

-          Manage activities and operations

-          Perform data entry and issue reports on quality and production numbers and output.

-          Review documentation and processing records.

-          Are involved in investigations and problem solving whether in quality or in production.
