Learning Needs Analysis
In order to better understand your organization’s training and learning needs and based on your request, COACH will conduct a Learning Needs Analysis (LNA) which is an essential first step in management development if you wish to achieve the greatest improvement in performance and best value from your investment in training and development.
A comprehensive training needs analysis or more appropriately termed Learning Needs Analysis is always recommended as a first step to identify the learning gap (skills gap) between the organization’s objectives and the employees’ abilities and performance. It is the basis for designing a cost effective management or talent development programme and training plan. This can incorporate a 360° feedback survey or an analysis of current corporate needs in addition to interviews with senior executives in the organization.
Assessment Centres (Coming Soon)
Assessment Centres provide the most thorough mechanism available to assess which individuals within a group are most suited to a promotional position or vacancy within your business.
COACH’s assessment centre utilises a range of tools, including profiling, psychometrics, group work and practical exercises to identify how closely an individual is matched with the required competencies of the role on offer.
The outcomes of the assessment process can then be used to develop the platform of a personal development plan for the successful candidate and to give high quality feedback to unsuccessful candidates.
