COACH is a privately owned training organisation established in Dubai in 2004, with the support of the Mohammed Bin Rashid Establishment for Young Business Leaders.

We are a member of the International Coach Federation.

Our mission is to provide our Clients with the greatest value possible for their training investment.  We accomplish this by providing coaching services and presenting leadership training programmes and team building and outdoor events that are innovative and stimulating and which produce results that last.

Our primary objective is to provide effective coaching services, leadership programmes and team building and outdoor events that meet our Clients objectives.

OUR COMMITMENT

We are committed to building long-term relationships with our clients.  Our coaching and training services are not confined to a once-off classroom experience. We follow-up on all training interventions to facilitate transfer of learning in the workplace through our Coaching to Support Learning service.

OUR TRAINING METHODOLOGY

To provide a constantly challenging and innovative knowledge environment, a a variety of learning tools are utilised in our programme delivery. Self-assessment tools, instruments, videos, role-plays, breakout sessions, group discussions and simulations compliment our programme material, all of which promote better retention of programme content.

Based on adult learning principles, COACH uses proven, highly interactive participatory sessions and practical techniques that offer discernable behavioural change that can be implemented/applied immediately in the workplace.
