Coach will implement a full-scale organisational diagnosis and contract an organisational plan related to team development, executive coaching and management development.
COACH will assist the human assets of an organization by unlocking their potential through a number of one-to-one coaching or training to address specific topics.
Activities, experiential or practical learning events, form a major part of many training programmes today, although this has not always been the case.
In order to better understand your organization’s training and learning needs and based on your request, COACH will conduct a Learning Needs Analysis (LNA).
